This is a luxurious penthouse apartment in Herzliya designed for a young family.
The rooftop area is large enough to create a spacious courtyard for hosting, playing, and leisure activities. To that end, an outdoor kitchen, Jacuzzi, large dining table, and outdoor living room were designed. The interior design includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the new design, there are two master bedrooms for the parents and teenagers, two additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a spacious common area with the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The building’s spaces, passages, and entrances were used to create storage solutions.
