Requirement: A spacious kitchen is the heart of the house, a room for each child, an acoustic workroom, an additional wardrobe, and lots of storage space.

Creativity is required. The challenge of maximizing the apartment’s space led us to plan without stairs, using every inch of space. The bedrooms and workroom are located on a platform, divided in a modular way suitable for future rearrangement. The kitchen is attached to the second platform along with the parents’ room, and the dining area and living room are located at the heart of the apartment.
