TK HOUSE

NIR TZVI

A 60-year-old agency house with additions and flaws.

The interior was dark, the living room was cramped, the kitchen was small and the bathrooms were wasted.

The family loves to entertain, cooking is the center of the house, and gathering around the fireplace must be preserved.

The renovation was comprehensive, the walls, floor, and ceiling were demolished, the plumbing was replaced, and only then did we feel relief.

The kitchen is the center of the house, in a rustic style with industrial fixtures installed.

A wide window opened to illuminate the living room, and the other windows in the house were also expanded. Color touches defined spaces and characterized the use of space, using natural stone to create a rural and intimate atmosphere in the house.
